System tray mode

TK8 Safe has possibility to run in the System tray mode. It means the program is accessible by using (clicking) on its system tray icon, near the system clock:

You can go to system tray mode by using the Tools menu command, or by pressing F12 on your keyboard. Also, if set in options, TK8 Safe can start in the tray mode, or go there automatically when you lock the file or minimize the program.

 

When you click on TK8 Safe tray icon, the menu appears from where you can use Auto-Type and Run commands. Also you can lock and unlock the program.

 

To restore main window mode (for example to add or edit entries), open the system tray menu and select "Restore". Also, you can press TK8 Safe system wide hotkey on your keyboard (by default CTRL+ALT+S) from any window to bring up the program.
