Password Bar is a small window to work with your passwords. It is always on top, so whatever other Windows program you are using, TK8 Safe password bar is visible on top of it. To switch TK8 Safe to the Password Bar mode, click F11 on your keyboard or use Tools menu on the Main window.
In the Password Bar mode you can access all login, card and serial number entries.
You can also change the position of this small window. For this, click on the Password bar and hold the button down until you move it to the place you like. After the position is ok, release the mouse button.
Using password bar
When you need some password or user name, click on the password bar white edit box and start typing the account name. The dropdown menu appears where you can see the closest match. Click on the appropriate entry once you see it. After clicked, the entry name is seen on the edit box.
If you did a typing mistake, you can use Backspace button on your keyboard to "delete" letters you typed.
Another way to select the required entry is to click on the dropdown button directly, without typing the account name.
By clicking the "..." button at right you can access the commands menu. There you can select to copy or auto fill field values of selected entry, add new or edit current entries. You can also lock the file and switch back to the main window mode.
