On the "Appearance" you can change the look of TK8 Safe.

 

First, if you want, you can change row colors of your entry list. To change some of the colors, just click on the appropriate edit box and select the color. Additionally, you can specify the color for expired entries. If you want to see entries which will expire soon in different color, you can set the expiration warning period in days and then the color used to display entries that are about to expire.

 

By default you will see the tab on the bottom of main window entry list to switch between Entries, Favorites, and Groups. To hide this it, uncheck the "Show the bottom tab ... " option.

 

If you don't want to see the Favorites main menu item, you can hide it by unchecking the option "Show Favorites menu"

 

If you don't want to see the Groups main menu item, you can hide it by unchecking the option "Show Groups menu"

 

With TK8 Safe you have a choice of 4 different toolbar styles: XP, Office 11, Standard, Flat. By default, the program uses the XP style.

 

Check the "Gray scale buttons" option if you do not want to see button colors. Also text position on the buttons can be changed or hidden.

 

By default the buttons are in the medium size (24 pixels), but this can be changed to large (32 pixels) or to small (16 pixels).

 

Additionally you can specify where you would like to see the text on the button, or if you would like to hide the text completely.

 

To customize the buttons you see on the toolbars, right-click with your mouse on the toolbar on the main window and select 'Customize'. After that a standard toolbar customization window will open where you can create new toolbar groups and select / remove buttons on the toolbar groups (by dragging them with mouse).
