When you close the program then next time you start it, it is set to open the recent used file automatically. Of course the master password is required to access the information.
To open some other file, you can use "File" menu "Open" command.
Also, it is possible to set other file to open at the program startup. You can read more about this in the Program Options topic.
When opening the file and the password is required, you can also use on-screen keyboard to enter your database password (available in the Pro version). To bring up on-screen keyboard, click on the blue keyboard icon at right on the password field.
