  • Is it safe to order online?

    All payments are processed securely in real time. We use SWREG service to handle credit card processing. SWREG is one of the oldest e-commerce services for software companies. The company running SWREG service (Digital River Inc.) is also represented in the NASDAQ stock market (code DRIV). You can be sure that SWREG will not risk with their reputation and is using top security measures to handle every order.

    SWREG solely handles your card details on their secure server where they run security checks and obtain card authorization. TK8 Software never has access to your card details. Once SWREG notifies us that payment has been processed, we dispatch the software to you.

    Our shop is also scanned and checked daily by a recognized third party - ScanAlert. Our shop is certified as Hacker Safe: HACKER SAFE certified sites prevent over 99.9% of hacker crime.

  • Can I buy without using a credit card?

    Yes. We accept checks, Paypal and bank transfers, phone and fax orders. You can select the appropriate payment method during the order process (on the page where you enter your contact information).

  • Do I have to pay in US Dollars?

    All our software is priced in US Dollars. If you are from outside the US, your local currency equivalent of the US dollar amount will appear on your checkout page and credit card statement.

  • Do you offer a money back guarantee?

    Yes. We offer a 60 day, 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, let us know and we will refund your purchase without any questions asked. But remember, our software is also available for a free 30 day evaluation. The evaluation version is fully functional and you can try it out free. So you can get comfortable with all the features before you buy.

  • What is your refund policy?

    TK8 Software offers a 60 day money back guarantee on all its software products. If for any reason (or no reason at all) you are not satisfied with our products, please let us know and we will give back all the money. No questions asked, no hard feelings.

    If you purchased the software from one of our resellers or affiliates, then you must contact that company to process your return. We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from TK8 Software.

  • How many licenses do I need?

    You should buy one license for every person using the software. For example, if 3 different people are using the software, you should purchase 3-user license. You can purchase additional licenses later if additional users will start using the software.

  • Can I install my single copy on both my laptop and desktop (or on my home computer and work computer)?

    Yes. You can install the software using your license key on as many computers as you want, as long as you are the primary user of the computer and as long as only one copy of the software could ever be used at the same time. Think of the software like a book. A book can only be read by one person at a time, so with a single user license the software should only be used by one person.

  • What do I receive when I order online?

    When you purchase a product, a receipt is automatically generated and sent to the e-mail address that you provided with your order. Your receipt also contains the license key and instructions how to enter it into the software to remove the trial period limitations. 

    You will receive the physical software box (in addition) only if you add additional "Boxed version" item to your shopping cart. By default, all orders contain only electronic delivery (license key in the email).

  • How long will it take to process my order?

    You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Most e-mail receipts are received within fifteen minutes and will also contain the license key. If you don't receive your receipt immediately, please allow up to 24 hours for it to be delivered. It might be that your order needs manual authorization or verification.

    If you haven't received your receipt, please check your e-mail filters, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox.

    If you ordered a physical software box, we will ship it in the first class the next business day. As we are European company, it can take up to 2 weeks to receive a package in the US. Please note that by default all orders contain electronic delivery only. You will receive the software box only if you have added additional item ("Boxed version") to your cart.

  • I haven't received my order confirmation e-mail with the license key, what should I do?

    1) Check any spam filters that you have installed. It is possible that your order confirmation e-mail was snagged by an errant spam filter. If you are using a spam challenge system, check to see if your registration e-mail is waiting for confirmation.

    2) Make sure you supplied a valid e-mail address when submitted your order.

    3) If you haven't received your order confirmation e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us for assistance. Make sure to provide us some other e-mail address (like Hotmail or Gmail) as we are probably unable to send emails to the original address you provided

  • What happens if I lose my license information?
