You can access e-mail commands by using the Mail submenu on Entry menu.
Mailing login / entry info
Mailing login or entry info starts the default e-mail program and fills the mail body with information of selected entry. Use this command if you need to send the login (or the full entry) data to someone. If you choose "Mail login info", just account name, user id and password is used on the e-mail. "Mail entry info" will add also additional fields like link, description, notes etc. if not empty.
Mailing on template (Ctrl + M)
By using this command you can send customized e-mails, containing selected entry information inside the e-mail text. After the command is executed, you can select which template file you would like to use. You also have the possibility to pre-set the template filename in the program options, so you would not have to select the file name each time.
Once executed, e-mail is created in your default email program based on the template. you just have to hit the "Send" button to confirm the email sending
Template is a normal text file (created with notepad, for example). The text can contain keys, which will be replaced with entry information. Supported keys for the templates are:

The available fields (keys) and sample template files are included to the TK8 Safe program folder, under the Templates folder.
