If you want you can use other programs to perform additional actions before and after the backup is created:
To use some other program or macro, you have to check whether you want to use it before or after the backup is created. After you check one (or both) of those options, you can click on the "..." button on the edit field and locate the application or script you would like to use.
If the application is set to run before, you can enter how many seconds the program should wait between the application and backup itself is started. After the application is started, and delay time passed by (if set), the program will start making the backup from the current task.
You also have the option to terminate any process before the backup is started. For this, enter the process name (for example outlook.exe) to the edit box with the label "Terminate the following process before running the backup:". If there is a need, you can enter multiple processes to this field, separated by comma.
In addition, you can enter the number of seconds you would like to wait between the process is terminated and the backup started.
